"Celebrate 100"
For
this industry- leading client we produced their 100th
Anniversary Celebration from start to finish for over 1,200 participants
in Maui, Hawaii. Over two years in the planning, this program involved
a most unique Celebration announcement at their management meeting
in Palm Beach, FL fourteen months before the Hawaii trip. We flew
live dancers in from Honolulu just for this announcement. Following
a surprise 5 screen video announcement, the stage drapes opened
to a lush tropical setting featuring the dancers.
"The
Best Keep Getting Better"
For
this client's annual incentive meeting, we produced a fun-filled
week in Scottsdale, AZ. Site selection, travel, meeting content
and speech support, and the on-site production of Smokey Robinson,
were all part of our mission for this great week.
"Simply
Spectacular"
Called
upon again by a long-term client, we planned and produced their
annual "100% Club" in Palm Springs. Opening General Session, activities
on and off-site, laser shows, entertainment, travel, and food and
beverage planning - we handled it all for the 700 participants.
"Ridin'
High"
Set amongst the awesome scenery in Durango, CO, this program saluting
the client's best performing Service Teams was truly a memorable
time. Greeters on horseback at the airport and at the lodge front
door met the participants. Then began a week of casual early morning
business meetings, followed by wild river rafting, cattle round-ups,
cook-outs on the trail, and a spectacular train ride along the Rocky
Mountain cliffs aboard the narrow gauge Durango-Silverton Railway.
This was a unique incentive program for 175 Company employees and
spouses, and one which we thoroughly enjoyed producing.
