have extensive experience in meeting and special event design, trade
show support and management, audio/visual production and staging,
entertainment, and the communications disciplines. We know and have

over 75 years of combined management staff experience we have the
knowledge, resources, and skills needed to keep your programs on
track, on schedule, and within budget - even when lead times are

Special,
Employee, and Grand Opening Events

We
have produced Special Events, employee summer and Christmas Events,
Grand Opening Events, and Anniversary Events. Our Special Events
have been produced as stand-alone programs and also as part of Meetings,
Incentive Programs, and Trade Shows. Most have been one-of-a-kind
events - all have been exceptional.
Meetings

We
have produced numerous executive staff meetings, corporate staff
meetings, annual management and membership meetings, regional and
national sales meetings, and customer meetings with attendance ranging
from 10 to over 1,000 people.
Some
of these meetings have been simple and basic with very limited budgets,
while others have required complex logistics, lavish audio/visual
productions, and unique special events.
Incentive and Recognition Programs

We
have produced Incentive and Recognition programs for groups ranging
in size from 20 to over 1,500 people at some of the world's leading
resorts in locations such as Scottsdale, Palm Springs, Orlando,
Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Maui, Montreal, Acapulco, Bermuda, Puerto
Rico, and many others.
For
some of the larger programs we have staged custom live shows and
top name entertainment, multi-screen a/v productions, awe-inspiring
laser shows, and Hollywood style awards programs. For smaller programs
we have arranged travel, on-site activities, and special functions
with CEO's and other corporate executives.
We
can produce your incentive or recognition event from start to finish,
including announcement meetings, all promotional materials, mailings,
and awards.
We
have designed and produced numerous Hospitality Events for clients.
